Professional Development Webinar Series

TYA/USA offers artists, practitioners, and students across the country and around the world the chance to engage in dialogue on issues facing the field of theatre for young audiences. Curated from suggestions offered by the TYA/USA membership, this series of webinars reflect the topics that are most relevant to our community right now.

One Theatre World

The One Theatre World Biennial Festival and Conference is the largest national gathering of professionals in the field of TYA. The event features live performances, speakers, breakout sessions, and opportunities to exchange ideas with colleagues from across the country.

The Harold Oaks National TYA Awards

The Harold Oaks National TYA Awards acknowledge the significant contributions of individuals and organizations in the Theatre for Young Audiences field in the US. Both organizations and/or individuals are honored annually.

TYA/USA Sessions

TYA/USA Sessions are our “even year” national gatherings launched in 2014. The first two Sessions were presented in conjunction with the Kennedy Center’s New Visions/New Voices. In 2018, we are will be joining forces with IPAY (International Performing Arts for Youth) in Philadelphia on January 23-27.The goal of these Sessions is to continue the TYA conversation between One Theatre World gatherings.
